Project: Up2Me Campaign
Client: ND Department of Transportation

KAT partnered with the North Dakota Department of Transportation to create a memorable campaign that would improve safety on North Dakota's reservation roads. The Up2Me campaign encourages personal responsibility to always use seatbelts and never drink and drive. Campaign components included activity books, a website, calendars, key chains, and radio and TV PSAs featuring local talent from each of the four North Dakota reservations.

Project: DVD video series
Client: ND Secretary of State's Office

The North Dakota Secretary of State’s Help America Vote Act (HAVA) division partnered with the North Dakota Protection and Advocacy Project and KAT Communications to develop an informational campaign that would empower people with disabilities to take advantage of their right to accessible, private voting options.  A DVD video focuses on voter rights and features area residents utilizing accessible voting equipment.  The companion booklet reiterates those rights, details accessible equipment options and provides contact information.  Reusable posters with polling information and radio PSAs were also created as part of the campaign.

Minnechaduza asked KAT to create an identity that can be easily applicable to numerous promotional and informational items used to stimulate awareness and growth for their business. Client: Indian Health Service Headquarters, University of New Mexico Prevention Research Center

Indian Health Service Headquarters with the assistance of The University of New Mexico Prevention Research Center asked KAT to design a Physical Activity Kit (PAK) for health and wellness organizations across Indian Country. The Kit is an evidence-based intervention designed to increase physical activity by promoting age and culturally appropriate activities. It features eight books, a poster and a disc of additional contents for print.
