North Dakota Tribal 121 Vocational Rehabilitation services mirror those of North Dakota’s state sponsored program, Rehabilitation Consulting and Services. They each assist individuals with disabilities in achieving independence through an exploration of employment options. To promote the services of the Tribal project offices, KAT produced a video telling the story of a woman who suffered an above the knee amputation and now owns a successful coffee shop. To highlight the important role culture plays in healing and wholeness, the video includes empowering quotes by historic American Indian leaders.
