KAT Communications partnered with the Aberdeen Area Tribal Chairman’s Health Board to create a web based training center for the Northern Plains Healthy Start program. KAT created a comprehensive web campus that would contain the mountain of traditional training materials necessary to field workers and staff.  This robust dynamic system allows new and existing staff to maintain high levels of program proficiency, helping Northern Plains Healthy Start to effectively reach their program objectives regardless of staffing changes.
