An interactive CD-ROM provided the College of Nursing at the University of North Dakota with a new tool for recruiting advanced practice nurses to their Psychiatric Mental Health CNS or NP program. Answering a growing need in rural areas for mental health professionals, this program trains existing RNs and allows them to stay in their home communities through distance learning. A short video and links to the school and other resources provide a thorough introduction to this unique program.
